The season to be jolly called for jolly little gingerbread cupcake and they were people said they were SUPER YUM so that made me glad!

Bouquet of Beauty
This was my first attempt at a cupcake bouquet and i loved working on it and loved the results even more, and the lovely recipient was overjoyed as well which was what i loved the most!

My first Christmas cake
This is the first time in my life that i made a christmas cake, i really enjoyed it, there are such happy spices in there, and it is just such a happy cake to make, this is the cake we did at TAFE and i learned so much, it was really fun and something i am looking forward to experimenting with in the future.
I want to perfect a christmas cake but with nuts, cherries and apricots instead of all that fruit, anyone out there have a fabulous nut christmas cake recipe?
